I'm CEO of ClubPonyPals.com, a COPPA compliant social game site that's based on Scholastic's 44 volume "Pony Pals" books that sold 15MM worldwide. Our social game has ~250K members in 170 + countries, 98% girls. A lot of teachers praise the books as a "reading bridge" that helps young readers move from picture books with words to chapter books with illustrations. Our site rewards responsible habits as a way to reach goals. Like Waldorf, we've found that our members eagerly pursue math, science, literacy and reasoning when they are related to ponies.
