I have taught at both the middle and high school levels. For over 15 years I served Metropolitan Detroit as a coach, supporting classroom teachers. I design professional development activities for for parents, teachers, and administrators. I also served as a consultant for Michigan Virtual School. In my capacity as a coach and consultant, I have created and authored hundreds of documents to improve teacher quality and classroom practices.
My twelve month goal is to work with each Race to the Top winner.
