I am a 5th grade teacher and Instructional Technology Specialist. I help students, parents and teachers learn how to use technology. In addition to teaching the 5th grade curriculum, I teach teachers how to use technology for teaching Math, Science, Reading, Social Studies and other Special Areas. I teach students and parents how to use technology to help practice skills at home, create projects, write reports and find research information. I love working with kids and technology and seeing the excitement it brings to my classroom!
I have been teaching elementary school for 20 years. I have been married to a Landscape Architect, for 25 years and we have one son. We live on the family farm in the country. We all enjoy sailing, scuba diving and traveling to faraway places. I love to read, teach, work on my computer and spend time with my family.
