I am a school counselor with 28 years experience in 3 different states.

I have 4 years in the classroom and another 24 as a high school or middle school counselor. I find my job challenging and very rewarding. I am very involved in my school's improvement plan. As a school counselor, I feel it is vital that I am a leader in the improvement tasks.

Areas of interest: School Improvement, evaluations, programs to keep all students in school, seeking pay for educators that can reflect our skills and work, being a public spokesperson for the great things happening in our schools
