I, Therese, am a graduate student at Walden, simi-stay at home mom, substitute teacher in Memphis, Tennessee. I taught first grade for three years and fifth grade for one year. I stopped to work on my graduate dgree and to spend more time at home with my 17 month old son. I also have a 10 year old son, husband, and three dogs. I am interested in learning teaching methods that work and discuss ways to increase student learning. My challenges are time management with grading, planning, organizational skills, and dealing with parents.
