Anne M. Zachry

I have worked in special education lay advocacy since 1991, helping families navigate the bureaucracy of the special education system. I've been a paralegal to attorneys representing students in special ed matters since 2005. I am also finishing my MA in Ed Psych with an emphasis in human development, learning, instruction, and evaluation. My focus now is tying the peer-reviewed research of special ed to what is required by special ed law to promote appropriate educational outcomes for all students.
