Hello, I have been teaching for 20 years (High School Math) and I have been a Project Learning Consultant to schools around the country (and occasionally internationally) for 8 years. Project Learning can be incredibly rewarding, and yet it is challenging to get our skills and Projects to the level seen in the beautiful examples on Edutopia. Our goal in this Group is to help each other get there. Share our successes, Share our frustrations.
As you can see from my photo, I love to sail, and I have 6th grade twin boy and girl (girl in the picture), so I have been able to practice teaching and learning with my own children as well. I like to say that they are my own little Piaget experiment.
