Being an "at home" dad with my boys inspired me to study early childhood emotional development and the "science of happiness" which resulted in my authoring an emotional fitness program for kids called An Exercise in Happiness for 3rd to 5th grade (7 to 11 yrs) I would love feedback from this wonderful community and I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from other parents and teachers and to be able to offer my experiences as well.
