Some forget.
This video is very percise. Unfortunetly it is more based on areas of school that have the capabilities of having that sort of methods in the classroom. Their are still many classrooms in the 21st century that due not grow in education with or because of technology in the classroom. This makes it hard for not only the students who are missing out on equal education rights but also those teachers who don't have a chance to grow and continue to be an asset to the education world.
Teacher are consitent of all of those roles but I think that some forget that just because they know more basic content then those comming into the classroom they are still the students. Instead of always being the higher power show that your knowledge is a freedom they can obtain also. This makes a great teaching and learning environment. It also opens up doors that may not exist already.
Better Teacher Development
I wish there was a way for me to go back and relearn everything again. So much has changed since I went to college... from content to labs to teaching methods. Since many schools have no money for professional development, it is difficult to keep up. I would love to have an opportunity to train in a school such as the ones in the video.
uhm.. why not classify them first who are fast or slow learners? im currently in my fourth year college..elementary ed. hi!
Well it is quite informative
Well it is quite informative and motivated at the same time. But it seems that all these techniques can be worked out when you have an ideal teacher-students ratio. Can anyone tell me how to handle a class of 50 odd students and achieve the objective of individual attention to each pupil?
Into to teaching
