National Advisory Council member Will Richardson [1] works with educators and students to help them understand and implement instructional technologies -- specifically, tools of the Read/Write Web -- in their schools, classrooms, and communities.

Richardson was a public school educator for twenty-two years, and his blog [2] is now a leading resource for the creation and implementation of Web 2.0 technologies at the K-12 level.
