Should schools have security cameras on campus?

Yes. Surveillance systems are necessary to ensure school safety, and also help to curb misbehavior.
No. Security cameras, particularly if they are ubiquitous, are a gross infringement on the privacy rights of students and staff, and may not prevent violence and crime.
Neither.
