I think DE Fitness program is the best way to educate the children regarding their health and fitness. If we see the records there has been a continuous increase in the number of obese children in the country therefore there is a need to develop such types of programs that helps in solving the problems of obese children. There should be a complete fitness programs for the children that helps them in reducing their weights and burn extra calories from them. The exercise programs can be made more interesting by incorporation some fun and game sin them so that children should enjoy those fitness programs and can be attracted towards them. DE fitness program is considered to be an innovation in fitness education. I thinks some personal trainers should also be appointed in schools to guide the children and enhance them to follow a healthy lifestyles.
Multi media fitness is not new. Many companys such as Kimbal records based out of LONG BRANCH,NJ have won both national & international awards on their over all strength to incorporate music and movement in to fitness programs. In any event, in the long run: Our Youth need fresh air, dirt, water, wind and all of the elements that make our earth spin for them to truly adapt & grow up for their own children.
GYMB4.com has online and DVD-based PE products for elementary schools that are specifically designed by PE professionals so that they can be used by classroom teachers - in the classroom - to inject a little extra PE in the 5 and 10 minute slivers of free time that pop up in the day, or during morning announcements time. What's more, they don't require any equipment other than the computer and video projector that most teachers already have in their classrooms.
Smart Boards may one day replace chalk boards, but an electronic activity isn't going to replace physical activity. It ADDS to it, making it richer. Treadmills didn't kill the desire to run outside. The hula-hoop didn't make dancing obsolete, and neither will DDR. Football, soccer and baseball are all thriving together. Digital PE products like GYMB4, DDR and others are not replacing physical education; they're simply another tool in the educator's toolkit. And until the day when cameras can watch the activity of each student in real time, the physical educator is still needed to observe and provide immediate feedback.
Digital fitness has the ability to provide kids with both very traditional and truly modern forms of physical activity. If you think about it actually, the Internet provides a means to absolutely anything.
Take GoTrybe.com for instance... this site provides digital fitness videos led by certified trainers that can be projected for a PE or traditional classroom and leads students through fitness workouts of all kinds. These workouts include hip hop dancing, kick boxing, strength and conditioning, cardio, salsa dancing, zumba, sport specific drills, and much more. Digital classrooms have the ability to provide virtually anything if it's used in the right way.
If we're talking about cardiovascular exercises, a digital supplement could help. But I've also seen kids learning how to use weights and muscle strengthening machines. Of course, they can't do as much as adults since they're still developing, but giving them a more systematic approach to toning themselves gives them knowledge on top of exercise.

Physical Education is a phenomena of United States schools and is a set of core expectations through eight component strands and three standards(at high school level) or five (elementary level) in California. Physical Education is not simply a focus on one thing, dance taught to physical education standards, a team sport or the like. It is a set of learning expectations at each grade level K-8 and a set of learning expectations for high school in our state. To do only "one thing" such as this program suggests is NOT physical education, it is an activity that is physical. The same is true of football, swimming, and the like - they are not physical education but a sport or athletics that is active. Physical Education prepares students for a healthy and fit life beyond school.

Motivation Is Key
As with the untegration of any technology if it motivates students to learn or be fit then it should be encouraged.

Digital fitness can work both ways

How about weight training geared towards kids
If we're talking about cardiovascular exercises, a digital supplement could help. But I've also seen kids learning how to use weights and muscle strengthening machines.
