Lynn Clark

Associate Professor in Media Studies interested in using media in learning

I love experimental approaches to education that engage students in learning, and I aim to learn one new technology for each class I teach. Currently I'm trying out video essays and digital storytelling in the college classroom.

Cheryl ChewRender - 31784

seventh grade math teacher in Hampton, Georgia

I began teaching math to seventh graders in 2000. I resigned from my position in December, of 2007 to complete a school counseling internship. I resumed teaching math in 2009.

While I enjoy my profession as a teacher, teaching can be quite challenging at times. Students come to us with a plethora of issues in the form of barriers to their education. The challenge comes in trying to remove those barriers in order to be an effective teacher, while preparing them academically.
