My name is Craig and I'm excited to be a part of this group. This is my first year of being on what we call the A-Team (thinking Mr. T minus the muscles, ammo, and gold chains). I have a unique roll on the A-Team as I'm not a dean, principal or school director. I'm basically the teacher representative. I also love to work on creative solutions to problems and try to lend that to YES' A-Team as well. Looking forward to having some great discussions in here!

My name is Michelle and this is my 4th year as an administrator at YES Prep North Central. I think I have the best job in the school! I teach one class and am constantly in classrooms so I stay connected to the students. I collaborate regularly with the 11th grade team through weekly grade level meetings, community service activities, and other grade level events. The majority of my time is dedicated to planning professional development, working with other administrators, and supporting teachers through varied types of observations, conferences, and planning meetings. Since I am a teacher and an administrator I never feel disconnected from the daily challenges of being in the classroom.
