So little time...
This weekend I attend an event where the speaker stated that he didn't believe in time management, because there is only 24 hours in a day...and there is nothing you can do about that. Instead he believed in self-management.
I am a special education teacher who has a lot on her plate. I work with four different grade levels in three subject areas. I leave school each day feeling that I am never truly effective. I also attend four team meetings, test students during plan time and try to squeeze in curriculum planning. I usually take a working lunch at my desk, and stay after school.
I was wondering if anyone had some great self-management techniques they use that help use their time more effectively.
