Creative Ideas for Teaching Readers and Writers Workshop

Hello everyone. I just wanted to start a blog to get some creative ideas on teaching Reading and Writing. I teach in America's Choice school and Readers and Writers Workshop is huge! I am always looking for new ideas to spice it up. Sometimes I feel like I get stuck in the same routines or types of activities. I just would like to hear from others on unique writng and literacy centers. ???
