This is the ICT vision I wrote and intend to implement in my perspective school in the future:) and would lie to share it with you:

"Our school will be fully integrating the ICT in all aspects of our educational system. The great potential of ICT will be used to transfer any kind Of curriculum and to tailor all the lessons and activities to fit all the different needs of our students by using very contemporary learning resources and services to maximize the motivation and participation of students that will ensure very high quality achievements and great contributions to the increasing technology challenges in the world."

By the way Lina , here is my ICT vision :
Our school ICT vision is to revolutionize the learning process by provide each classroom with more interesting, diverse, and current learning materials, and allow students to be intellectually challenged while providing them with a realistic snapshot of what the modern office looks like. We move teachers from a behavioral approach to a more constructivism approach by Helping them to grow into roles of advisers, content experts, and coaches.

Hello Lina and everyone else,
This is great discussion. When I was training new teachers, I would always ask them to write down what they think learning is - their manifesto of education, if you will. I can see a real potential in doing the same thing, and I think it is so important that in your pedagogy vision, you describe how you would use technology, and in your technology vision, you link with pedagogy.
