The Internet for Young Learners

Hello everyone,

I came across this book in my research for a course. Although it is intended for young language learners (ESL or EFL), it can easily be adapted to regular ed. classes in grades K-6th since the topics include various content areas (math, geography, reading/writing, grammar). The activities cover learning the basics of the internet and computers,research project ideas, web creation activities, to developing and managing electronic portfolios as a form of assessment. I highly recommend this book to elementary teachers who are looking for lessons that are relevant and engaging for their students.In fact, I have found several activities that pertain to topics I am covering in foreign language.
