There are tons of videos online- whether TED talks, you tube or more- my kids are both taking different level biology classes this year, and they both looked up videos online that had students singing various songs going over the parts of meiosis and mitosis- it really helped them alot. I have a bunch of resources- are you looking specifically for simulations, such as virtual field trips and dissections, or demonstrations, or things like Quia, where teachers can make up their own interactive games? One thing we have done where I work is create a web listing of interactive websites that contain games/activities/simulations. They are broken down according to subject area.
