Measuring Comprehension & Reasoning
I'm a K-5 DCD (center based) teacher working on an assessment class for my grad program. We have many assignments related to how we can measure comprehension and how we assess our students. I've found that I need to think outside of the box for many of my assignments since the population that I teach has very unique abilities and needs. Do any other center based teachers have ideas and strategies that you use for assessing your students? Non-verbal, physically disabled, etc.?
