Research has found many school districts in the US participate in Minimum Grading Policy. For example you cannot give a student below a 70, and in the first nine weeks you can only give them an NMS (Not Meet Standards) or an H for (Held), is this helping or hurting our students? I was wondering what other Teachers views are about Minimum Grading Policy. Also, what how do you feel about students having the ability to go to summer school for 4 to 6 weeks and skip a grade?
