I just finished a new construction article on a mainly foam glider, I call the "Hammer Down". The name comes from how the airfoil is created in the wing, you hammer part of the foam which compresses it. Materials for this project are; foam meat tray, foam plate, thin cardboard, and a bamboo skewer. The plane will withstand a moderate speed catapult launch. http://www.scienceguy.org/Articles/HammerDownCatapultGlider.aspx Bill Kuhl
