I am wondering if this camp can be counted as credit for professional development for teachers.

Hi Lind - Great question. We debated this, but for this first camp, no. If this one is successful, offering pd credit is something we might offer in the future. Looking forward to your participation in the camp!

Is elluminate actually a download? I would like to use my school laptop, but I am blocked from "downloading" any applications onto it.

I'm not sure if I am in the camp or not. I thought I received a message saying I was and how to log in to the webinar, but cannot find (I could have imagined it). If I am in the camp, what do I do?

Hi Verstraete -

If you got the email, then you are in! You will be able to access the archive from the pblcamp wiki once it's up. I will send an email to all camp participants once this is ready to go.

Hi Brenda - Elluminate does not install an application on your system, but it does run Java, which does install a file onto your system. So depending on how they've blocked the system in your school, you may be able to access these webinars. Did you try it?

Java Problems

Hello, When I try to log in to Elluminate, I enter my name, it downloads, and then it can't open because of a Java 1.5 vs. Java 1.0 issue. My browser settings enable Java, so I don't know what to do. Please advise.  Thanks, Deanne

It looks like I may miss many of the Elluminate sessions as I teach during that time period until July 29th. Will the webinar archives appear here or somewehere else? Thanks.

When I posted my first tweet on Twitter it didn't show up in the pblcamp thread. What did I do wrong?

I had the same question as previously asked- webinar archives! I could not get my iPad to cooperate today so I could not be at the webinar.  I was on the road. Is it possible to view the webinars after the event when something like this occurs? Thanks!Renee
