I have started a collaborative with David Wees, Heidi Siwak and Jana Lindsay from Canada. We have launched a New Teacher's 1st Year YouTube Channel.

On the channel we will be posting vids from experienced teachers around the world that speak to how to get your 1st Year started, launched and energized. Look for this channel to grow all year as more vids with different 1st year topics are posted!
