Teach to the "Ah Ha!" moment, and skills will blossom as the child is ready to learn. Teaching skills to children who are not yet ready, only is memorization, and thus forgotten within a short time. Real learning lasts forever.

So look for what they are using but confusing, and make that your small victory for the day.
