In my personal experience, my
In my personal experience, my first year has involved:
1. Lack of support/feedback from school administration/staff.
2. Stress, stress and more stress!
3. Working endless hours making plans/activities/handouts/etc (I have to translate a lot of material into Spanish since I teach bilingual and quality Spanish resources are sorely lacking).
Even with all of the above, my students make it so totally worth it!
