Hello All! As the school year is winding down for most of you, I'm very interested in knowing what kind of support you received as a first year teacher from your school site? Was it there? Was it not? If so, what form did it come in...a mentor, a colleague, your admin? Was it helpful...or not? If you didn't receive support...why not? Did you speak up and ask for support? Or did you shy away out of fear of not wanting to appear needy? Other reasons? Join us for #ntchat tomorrow 6/2 @4pm PDT/7pm EDT as we discuss this very important topic of support for 1st year teachers! See you tomorrow! ~Lisa

Great topic Lisa. Even if you're not a new teacher, we'd love to hear how you were supported/not supported during your first year in the classroom.

I'd also love to take it a step further once we see what was lacking to brainstorm some ideas on how we can get our schools to better support our educators.

See you all Wednesday!
