Susan Mulcaire Author, The Middle School Student's Guide to Ruling the World!

I am an author of a middle school organizational skills curriculum. I am in the process of writing a new book/college readiness curriculum. Its tentative title is "Welcome to the University of Middle School - Creating a College Bound Culture in Grades 7-8." In one of the lessons we explore location, setting and other aspects of college with the objective of students learning that there are colleges which are a good fit for students of every learning level, interest etc. I include a resource list that has websites for all religious and ethnic affiliated colleges, colleges with programs for students with learning disabilities, etc. It's an informational only list. However, there is a website http://www.campusclimateindex.org/ identifying Gay and Lesbian Friendly College Campuses. Question: Appropriate or not for 7-8??
