Hi all. I'm compiling a list of the education sites that you go to every day when you log on -- the go-to place for lesson plans, curriculum ideas, a quick grabs for those national holidays that catch us all off guard, or the 100th anniversary of such and such. Thanks for your help.

Has anyone talked about GuruLib yet? It's a place for teachers with books in their rooms to keep track of all of them online, even with photos. I like it a lot.

I use this site with my academically gifted students to compare how different parts of the country approach the same story in the news. You will find links to newspapers across the country and around the world. There are 100's of links to tech sites, OpEd pieces, weather, business, and more.

My friend and I completed a project using Pixton. The kids love it. One girl did an independent study where she animated our entire leadership camp experience. It was awesome. The students were able to have partners in different classes using chat. Again, they loved it.
