The Multi-Player Classroom
One of the teachers at my school was written as a case study in this book: The Multiplayer Classroom: Designing Coursework as a Game by Lee Sheldon
You can see him talk about his classroom and see the actual gaming site here: rlsms.com/kq
His multi-player classroom was exciting to watch! Curious to see if others have tried to incorporate gaming in the classroom.

I have indeed begun to gamify my classroom. I have converted two units so far into an XP model, and have constructed a plan to equate unit XP to the player (student) xp. My blog details a lot of my thoughts and efforts so far, including trying to incorporate a narrative component.
This model of a Multiplayer classroom is very exciting and next year I will be fully implementing it.
Sample Question or Mission

Kiel: Loving the thought
Kiel: Loving the thought process and your goal. I struggle with changing the curriculum to be more meaningful for students vs. changing the classroom environment to motivate students to learn the traditional curriculum.
