Looking for curriculum resources for grade 2 emotional learning

I am looking to assist in building a integrated curriculum component around emotional learning for a grade 2 classroom. While I appreciate that ideally our elementary school would be best served with an k-5 curriculum, I am keen to start with 7 year olds and build from there.

My idea is to start with exploring individual needs and expand that to include interpersonal needs as a foundation for building emotional awareness and vocabulary. Ideally this can become a foundation for discussing more challenging topics such as conflict resolution, peer support and bullying.

I am searching for resources or outlines from other teachers with experience in introducing these topics into their classrooms.
