It doesn't matter if you're using DonorsChoose, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or something else entirely, tell us about your crowdfunding projects. Please include your link(s) as well, since we'd like to promote this list far and wide!

DonorsChooseorg is amazing! Not only is it an interesting site to reap some benefit of some very generous contributors, but as a tool to see what others are doing. There are some very innovative programs underway that really don't require too much, in terms of fiscal support; in some cases, just some 'seed' funding to get it off the ground.

Of course, we all need 'stuff.' Alas, in working with a very dedicated service-learning group, it is quite the challenge to really verbalize what takes priority. So, as a group, we are going to construct our wish-list for our various projects. Since we have always done our own fund raising (through 'work') it is hard to ask for help. So, hopefully soon, we'll get a project up.

An anonymous donor saw this thread and contributed to Ms Misco's and Mr Andersen's projects on behalf of Edutopia's Board of Directors. Wow...congratulations!

Thank you for all that you do for students and teachers!

I am hoping to obtain a netbook for my 4th graders. I currently have them utilizing blogs and wikis to improve their writing, but with only one PC in the classroom they don't have as many opportunities to write as they should!

My students and I would greatly appreciate any small amount that you might donate. With fourth grade being such a test-heavy year in New York State, I would love to show my students through authentic and outside-the-box lessons that there are more ways to succeed than paper and pencil tests!

Technology is so important for our students and yes, our staff! We must continue to be current and up to date to teach our students 21st century skills. I have 3 projects that support bringing more technology to my art room, so important. My students and I thank edutopia for allowing us to post our project requests!
