Was trolling around Twitter this morning and found a great resource, started by one of the co-founders of Wikipedia.org. It looks like they aggregate video from existing sources and categorize it by grade level and subject. And they're all free. http://www.watchknow.org/

Even though the videos are sourced from other sites, they play inline. They've even got the "How a bill becomes a law" by Schoolhouse Rock!
