Most famous artists, musicians, dancers, etc. were first exposed to their craft at a young age, often in school. Create a campaign that highlights ten such artists, and explain that if schools don't have the arts, then the world won't have artists such as these. Here is a good example; an article about famed composer Giacomo Puccini, who was born to become a church organist but realized his true destiny after he walked 13 miles with his brother to see Aida.
