how do educators affect learning? what substantive body of research gives us direct correlations to student success and how can we as educators bring about our emancipation from the bureaucratitis that plants our feet in the cement of complacency? if I may be so bold as to suggest that I have an answer to these questions, I only ask that you be open minded and give me a moment to explain.
Sometimes the beauty of success is often found in the simplest of paradigms. in this case a simple adjustment to an accepted routine will bring about an awesome revelation and an awakening of our beings. But this can only happen if we are free from greed and self-interest.
The "Tri-Mester" calendar is an educational construct designed to maximize learning opportunities. By creating three three month sessions, separated by one month interims, we will create schools that are powerful learning machines. With this model we can truly leave no child behind.
