To access about 100,000 teachers in Latin America, many of them in secondary schools, go to: http://www.eduteka.org
This site is mostly in Spanish.
If you don't speak Spanish, then try ePals, which has K12 teachers in 200 countries. http://www.epals.com You can search by country, age, even subject area. (Be aware that "Family and Consumer Science" may have a different term in other countries so you may need to search on more specific units/content.)
You can get translation to 59 languages within ePals as well as free student email called SchoolMail too.
