Experience/Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of K-5 classroom experience
Teaching experience at primary, with multi-age classrooms and/or with class looping preferred
Experience with project based learning
Proven ability to have students meet or exceed district academic standards

Expectations
Willingness to participate in on-going collaborative development of school focus, culture, curriculum and processes and with principal, teachers, staff and families
Willingness to collaborate and share expertise and best practices with peers, staff and families
Ability to thrive in a start up business culture
Willingness to participate in Positive Discipline, Writer’s Workshop, Reader’s Workshop, Project Based Learning, technology and other training sessions
