Microsoft Innovative Educator Recognition Program - Apply Today!
Hello-
I wanted to make U.S. K-12 educators aware of a project I work on for Microsoft called the Microsoft Partners in Learning 2012 US Forum, this is Microsoft's global teacher recognition program.
The intent is to encourage educators who are using technology in innovative and creative ways in the classroom or across the broader school community to share their work and apply to this forum.
If your application is accepted you will be invited (all expenses paid) to Microsoft's worldwide campus in Redmond, WA July 30-Aug 1 for an opportunity to collaborate with educators from across the U.S., finalists from this forum will go on to represent the U.S. at the Microsoft Partners in Learning Global Forum in Athens, Greece in November.
For details, a short video describing the forum and to apply, go to http://www.microsoft.com/education/usforum
If you have questions email pilusforum@microsoft.com or post here.
Deadlines to apply:
- April 1 (early-decision)
- Final deadline May 15, 2012
We look forward to seeing educators from Edutopia's community at this unique professional learning forum!
Regards,
Rob
