Why do teachers often work in isolation? So often we make lesson plans by ourselves, come up with our own unit projects alone, and try to find ways to improve our instruction. We forget that there is power in numbers. It is important that we work on developing conversations and networks with colleagues who have similar interest. Through collaboration we grow as educators and we inspire and energize one another. Collaborating improves instruction. How often have you wanted to take on a project but you were not sure how to implement it? There might be someone out there to give you some guidance or wants to do the same thing. What do you want to collaborate on? Post it here, let us know, we are waiting.
