I just wrote a blog post about my experiences with visualization and guided imagery with students for both behavior and academic achievement. I'm curious to hear if anybody else has tried something like this?

I haven't done this before,
I haven't done this before, but it would be a great addition to what we've been working on with self-control and dealing with frustration. Thanks Larry!
