I too am curious to know what you are asking.

I see two parts

A) teachers using inquiry strategy in their teaching would like to know how to proceed

B) someone is observ ing teachers using the inquiry strategy, and would like some frameworks for the observation process

Hope that helps to get this conversation moving forwards. Meanwhile, I shall have another cup of tea.
