I do invite everyone, but more particularly veterans to ponder in this issue of the Tr 's attitude towards what goes on in the classroom. We , teachers , are accountable for 80 percent of any disruptive behavior in class i.e we hold the riens of our SS hotses at all time.with thses reins we can tap on SS SHOULDERS ENCOURAGINGLY or hung them.that's why i said all revolves around our attitudes.PART OF WHAT need to do is to orient POSITIVELY.
