Recruiting Phenomenal Teachers for Digital Class Productions

Hello All,

I am looking for advice in recruiting teachers from across the country to produce dynamic online courses.

This is a foundational project that is related to our charter school and the right candidates would not only posess a fine mind and passion for their subject but have a creative and captivating means for communicating it to children. We are looking for those teachers that would like to work on a "project" basis (remotely or on-site) as well as full time.

The school is being developed to service early childhood learning through high school with all graduates posessing the equivalent of an Associates Degree. The processes we will utilize are research based but non-traditional, we will operate year round and be strongly connected with the community - servicing "families" as opposed to students.
