Mother's voice "blog" made?

It seems to me that policies and red tape are a big problem internationally when it comes to arts. I think a support blog for mothers to be able to share and communicate available options that can be intigrated with their childs learning should be set up. I tried but I'm not currently in N. America and I think copywrite laws are getting tighter ^_^.

I named it "Mother's H.A.N.D.S." (Helping Artists Nurture & Develop Souls)

Wanted to put in a mentor listing for local communities with a 5 star grading system and biography(practical experience and certificates/diplomas). With a fill out your own printable calling card for advocating favorite programs.
