I absolutely love the idea of having students become aware of their facial expressions through the use of technology. I am always trying to explain to my students that it isn't always what you say, it is how you say it. I know that this sounds cliche, but it is so true. My students don't realize the messages that are sent, both positive and negative, just by the looks that they give. I am currently studying to get my Masters in Integrating Technology in the Classroom. I always associate this act with high tech programs that are research based and having the students create sophisticated assignments using technology. Never have I thought about what an impact something so basic as taking a picture could make. Thank you for sharing that experience.
Friendly computers. Great idea!
