More to tax preparing than filling out a form

Thank you for your comments and trust! It is true that we discuss ethics,
privacy, security, and discretion at length with students. Students also
sign a form pledging to keep clients' information private. I'm proud to
say we have never had a problem. Regarding insurance, we cannot be held
liable because our services are free. Thank you, I.R.S.! In addition,
clients are protected from errors or omissions, as long as they were honest
at the initial interview.
