Disabled Teacher in Maryland

I am a disabled elementary school teacher in Maryland. I hold a masters degree in elementary science,yet I have found it most difficult to connect with others like myself. Are you aware of any online resources or contact persons from which I can garner a relationship? I would appreciate any suggestions and or ideas that you may have.
