What a brilliantly simple concept...teaching the kids instead of teaching the subject! My school has dabbled in "ability grouping" over the past few years with varying success because we are stilled bound by birth year to certain extent! I think this a model such as could be the way of the future, as it is time to get rid of the old system that is tying the hands of real learning.
Teach the kids, not the subject!!!
