Hiring a School Architect

Hi Mr. Adams,
I just got an email with this paragraph from Sean. Then I came across this article. Thought I would put them both together and send them to you.

"A group should come down sometime to see Santa Monica College's new theater. Their configuration resembles a lot of what we talked about last year. An appropriately scaled down version of a lot of what they have would be great.
It would also be a nice object lesson--the architects just settled for $700,000 with the school to cover all manner of small errors they made in building because they didn't talk to the people who work in theater to check in during design and building.
They'd probably be fine with some people looking around during their "dark" spaces between shows. Just a thought."
Thought you might be interested.
