My dog and I are a registered therapy-dog team and participate in a reading program here in Tennessee. When a mother told me that her shy daughter read a whole book out loud for the first time in her life -- to my dog -- it was one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. I'm honored to participate in this program with my dog, and be present while he works his magic.
Reading to Dogs
